I have been tracking various social media groups and Internet forums which have millions of users from us over the world. As expected, the only topic of discussion everywhere these days is: Corona.

While most of the discussions are mostly about precautions and updates, a significant number of users have now started noticing the maturity with which India is handling this issue. What was till recently considered a third world nation, is now quickly gaining respect & recognition at the world stage.

Following are a few examples which illustrate how India is impressing the foreigners:

1) Firstly, and most importantly, many are impressed with Indian Govt’s quick measures & proactive initiatives even at such initial stages. The reason for this appreciation is that in all other countries, despite the rapid rise in cases, their respective govts had been ignoring the issue, and some were even taking it casually. Whereas India is one of the very few nations where Govt has jumped into action to tackle at root level itself. This has impressed many foreigners, especially Americans.

2) The strong measures like strict lockdown & police bandobast in India is being appreciated by Europeans. The reason here is that Europe is usually a highly democratic continent where emphasis is more on giving flexibility to people. So, they find it a bit strange when they see news visuals of Indian police forcefully chasing out violators from the streets during the curfew. In fact, Italians have been highly impressed with scenes where Indian policemen have lathi charged violators, because the Italians know the severity of this issue, and hence they feel such ruthless strictness by Indian police is fully justified, and is in the best interest of larger public.

3) Many, especially Americans, are impressed with the calmness of Indians, who are not resorting to crazy hoarding of essentials despite a nationwide lockdown. For example, even now, most of the American stores are almost empty, and Americans are fighting against each other in stores over these issues & are on a Gun buying spree !. However, in India, everything seems to be running smoothly without any hoarding or shortages.

4) Almost everyone are impressed with the innovative methods used by Indians to follow social distancing. For example, the circles & boxes drawn using rangoli powder to ensure decent distance between people in queues at groceries, ATMs etc, have really impressed Europeans & Americans.

5) The world is clearly noticing how Indians are utilising their skills of jugaad to solve these tough problems. For instance, PM Modi’s idea of turning train coaches into ICU wards , creating 10,000 bed mobile hospital and sending them to all parts of India over railway, has taken many by surprise, because it is so simple yet practical.

6) Low cost kits from Mylab, Low cost ventilators developed by Mahindra company’s mechanical engineers. All these show Indian engineers are also rising to the occasion to help the health sector, with these innovative & affordable solutions. Everyone from across the world have been highly appreciative of these, and are now encouraging their own engineers to follow suit. Many startup’s have sprung up to invent low cost solutions

7) Public participation in India is something which has taken everyone by surprise. Probably because the usual perception about India in the west is that Indians are illiterate, careless, selfish, lazy etc. So, when they find Indians heeding to the leader’s call for participation through different means like Janata curfew, cheering for health workers etc, so enthusiastically, it gives an impression that Indians really care for their nation, are serious about fighting this issue, etc.

8) Last, but not the least. Finally, India is emerging as a new powerhouse, thanks to a strong & trustworthy leadership. The clarity and focus with which Indian PM is tackling this issue seriously, has already started receiving accolades from all over. During this global crisis, when China is acting like a cheat, Europe is down to its knees, and America is running like a headless chicken, the words from Indian PM, in all the recent summits have been heartwarming and inspiring confidence. In some ways, PM Modi is now taking the role of a global leader, filling the vacuum, taking charge & guiding the world, just like how leaders like Abraham Lincoln had long ago filled leadership vacuum and inspired the world. This is something which rest of the world is also beginning to notice, and acknowledging the same.

1. United States is no longer the world’s leading country to an extent
2. China won the 3rd World War without firing abullet.
3. Europeans and Americans are not as educated as they appear.In such scenario
4. We can survive vacations without trips to Europe and USA.
5. Rich people are in fact less immune than the poor.
6. Most human beings are opportunistic and despicable no matter their socioeconomic position
7. No guru, priest, pundit, poojari, mulla or God save someone from dying.
8. Humans are the real viruses on the planet.
9. We can spend Billions on poor without red tape.
10. Health professionals are worth more than sports stars and movie stars
11. Oil is worthless in a society without consumption.
12. How animals feel in the zoo.
13. The planet regenerates quickly without humans.
14. Majority of people can work from home.
15. We can survive without junk food.
16. Prisoners in jails for petty crimes can be released.
17. Living a hygienic life is not difficult.
18. Men can cook too.
19. There are a lot of good people in the World.
20. If you build more schools, you have to construct less hospitals.
21. All Media (Radi, TV, Newspaper, Social) are a pile of bullshit.
22. Money cannot save lives.
23. Humans are absolutely nothing in front of nature
24. Nuclear weapons and warfare have no meaning.
25. Haterade, ego, anger, greed, happiness, sorrow, grief, sadness, etc are just emotions that cannot save lives.
26. Advancement in science, technology, medicine, human behaviour, etc. unable to tackle a microbe which is causing a global havoc. Knowledge may not be strength supreme after all.
27. Stocks and bonds are worthless.
28. Experience the real meaning of “power”
29. A virus does not understand caste, creed, class, religion, etc.
30. We are the weakest link!

But in this all bad situation blame game is bad we should help each other . No country is good or bad . We should pray for all and respect all. Sometimes funny messages can hurt anyone but humour allows us to have a firm foot on war front against virus.

A man takes his wife to get tested for corona

Two days later, he gets a call from the lab.

Doctor: I’m sorry to inform you that your wife’s test results were mixed up with another patient’s. We’re not sure if she has COVID-19 or Alzheimer’s disease.

Man: So what am I supposed to do now?

Doctor: Take her for a long walk and leave her. If she finds her way back home, don’t open the door.😂😂

With winter season coming to end and summer starting while packing my winter clothes I cleaned my old big metal almirah removed its articles and some bags which i had kept and forgotten . There is a big bag carrying 5 to 6 beautiful Teddy Bears

So just know i went again to pick to click them. So i was smiling to see these stuffed animal which years back i got with happy meals and birthday gifts . Generally girls are very crazy about Teddy bears not boys . So I was never attached to them and by the way they were so cute that i was not detached to them either . Time went dont know when they were packed in the closet .

Life is all about our sweet memories . Dreams take us to future and memories take us to past.

Some are sweet memories some memories are sugar free they are not sweet but we all have some where dumped within us we donot part we donot express . We just keep in our closets. In my younger days i came across many such cute people whom i cherish and also have framed them in memories some are at times meeting accidently . But meeting after so many days brings a kind of hitch and distance .

My bag of Teddy bear is symbolic of my once upon a time sweet memories who have lost it flavour have become dusty. But i cannot part with them . I am not able to come out of my little things which i am fond of no matter they are outdated or what. Readers will think that topic is silly but i bet anyone of you can claim that they have not exprience such a situation in life . Memories may it be how trivial is an strange bond of association of our existence . So still i am not going to throw these teddy bears rather give them to someone who desires to keep them preciously and carefully. Love u friends … Cheers to all

How to heal a broken heart gently

• Make a choice: either run from the pain or deal with it. … but my heart is broken due to excessive expections from everyone and intense faith which is not expected so why i am thing that my heart is broken it had to happen
• Leave no room for guilt in your life going forward. … It is not that easy for me to avoid guilt .Its human nature and i am human
• Don’t be hard on yourself in the process of healing. .. I cannot comment by far it is not in my control.
• Lose yourself in what you’re passionate about. .ya Sure I am doing that..
• Feel the good and the bad in each and every day. … Frankly telling u i dont understand this
• Take good care of your body. Now this is too much expection …

Handling broken heart needs a stone strong heart to heal but with time everything heals and forgotten

I picked up all the glass pieces put them in the bag and threw them in the dustbin and opened a new set of sparkling new glass even better then before . But many days after the whole thing was over i could see even extremly tiny particles of broken glass still sparkling in nook and corners. I said to myself donot worry be happy put cellotape on your heart and make move as you know we have promises to keep . Love is always part of like not Heart of life .

Today while cleaning the glass table I was looking at the looking glass when the glass tumbler slipped from glass table and glass broke . I quickly tried to hold but the glass was broken.

But many days before my heart was broken but there was no voice no sound no pieces were seen no one ran to pick.

When glass was broken i delicately picked all the pieces. Big ones gathered easily but small were very pricking.

I tried to fix my broken heart but was not easy for me . Heart does not break only due to romantic reasons as many other factors are involved……

I am suprised that when the whole world is running pillar to post and is being armtwisted by the fatal virus only Antartica conitnent is spared from it as they say remotness does not matter but a total clearance in Antartica and no stock of deadly virus . Past decade we have been reading that Antartica with melting of glaciers can be inhabited by human beings but there could be chance of any other mysteries which is preseved in its core will be unfolded. The lock down is giving feeling of Big Brother house Tv series but to maintain calm is priority . I really thank to social media without which nothing would have been possible .

Motherhood dare?? I was nominated by my beautiful cousin to post a picture that makes me feel proud to be a mother. I’m going to tag some women that I think are fabulous mothers. If I marked you as one of the awesome moms, copy the text and paste it into your wall with a picture and tag more mothers!

All mothers are awesome to me but I will only tag those who I think will respond to me 😊 Only one pic! I know it’s going to be hard to choose just one! It is a nice attempt that which ever social media u use always be thankful to your parents never trouble them .

महान लेखक टालस्टाय की एक कहानी है – “शर्त “

इस कहानी में दो मित्रो में आपस मे शर्त लगती है कि यदि वह 1 माह एकांत में बिना किसी से मिले, बातचीत किए एक कमरे में बिता देता है, तो उसे 10 लाख नकद वो देगा । इस बीच, यदि वह शर्त पूरी नहीं करता, तो वह हार जाएगा।

पहला मित्र यह शर्त स्वीकार कर लेता है। उसे दूर एक खाली मकान में बंद कर दिया जाता है। बस दो जून का भोजन और कुछ किताबें उसे दी गईं।

उसने जब वहां अकेले रहना शुरू किया तो 1 दिन 2 दिन किताबों से मन बहल गया, फिर वह खीझने लगा। उसे बताया गया था कि थोड़ा भी बर्दाश्त से बाहर हो तो वह घण्टी बजा कर संकेत दे सकता है और उसे वहां से निकाल लिया जाएगा।

जैसे-जैसे दिन बीतने लगे, उसे एक एक घण्टे युगों से लगने लगे। वह चीखता, चिल्लाता लेकिन शर्त का खयाल कर बाहर किसी को नहीं बुलाता । वह अपने बाल नोचता, रोता, गालियां देता, तड़प जाता, मतलब अकेलेपन की पीड़ा उसे भयानक लगने लगी, पर वह शर्त को याद कर अपने को रोक लेता।

कुछ दिन और बीते तो धीरे धीरे उसके भीतर एक अजीब शांति घटित होने लगी। अब उसे किसी की आवश्यकता का अनुभव नहीं होता। वह बस मौन बैठा रहता। एकदम शांत, उसका चीखना-चिल्लाना बंद हो गया।

इधर, उसके दोस्त को चिंता होने लगी कि एक माह के दिन पर दिन बीत रहे हैं पर उसका दोस्त है कि बाहर ही नहीं आ रहा है ।
माह के अब अंतिम 2 दिन शेष थे, इधर उस दोस्त का व्यापार चौपट हो गया। वह दिवालिया हो गया। उसे अब चिंता होने लगी कि यदि उसके मित्र ने शर्त जीत ली तो इतने पैसे वो उसे कहाँ से देगा।
वह उसे गोली मारने की योजना बनाता है और उसे मारने के लिए जाता है।

जब वो वहां पहुँचता है तो उसके आश्चर्य का ठिकाना नहीं रहता ।
उसका दोस्त शर्त के एक माह के ठीक एक दिन पहले वहां से चला जाता है और एक खत अपने दोस्त के नाम छोड़ जाता है ।

खत में लिखा होता है –
प्यारे दोस्त! इस एक महीने में मैंने वो चीज पा ली है जिसका कोई मोल नहीं चुका सकता। मैंने अकेले में रहकर असीम शांति का सुख पा लिया है और मैं यह भी जान चुका हूं कि जितनी जरूरतें हमारी कम होती जाती हैं, उतनी ही हमें असीम आनंद और शांति मिलती है। मैंने इन दिनों परमात्मा के असीम प्यार को जान लिया है, इसीलिए मैं अपनी ओर से यह शर्त तोड़ रहा हूँ। अब मुझे तुम्हारे शर्त के पैसे की कोई जरूरत नहीं। इस उद्धरण से समझें कि लॉकडाउन की इस परीक्षा की घड़ी में खुद को झुंझलाहट, चिंता और भय में न डालें। उस परमात्मा की निकटता को महसूस करें और जीवन को नए दृष्टिकोण से देखने का प्रयत्न कीजिए।

इसमें भी कोई अच्छाई होगी, यह मानकर सब कुछ भगवान को समर्पण कर दें।
विश्वास मानिए अच्छा ही होगा ।
लॉकडाउन का पालन करें। स्वयं सुरक्षित रहें, परिवार, समाज और राष्ट्र को सुरक्षित रखें।

लॉकडाउन के बाद जी-तोड़ मेहनत करना है। स्वयं, परिवार और राष्ट्र के लिए…देश की गिरती अर्थव्यवस्था को सुधारने के लिए…….

Take Skillet 🍳 or hot pan holder, put it on gas or electrical range on high temperatures. Let it seat there for about 3-5 minutes. Then turn off your gas. Take 5 tablets of camphor (kapoor) and drop them in the pan. Give about a few minutes so the Camphor can vaporize in the air. Keep your windows and door closed.
