Hamlet is the main character and protagonist in the play β€œHamlet” by William Shakespeare. Hamlet is the Prince of Denmark. He is the son of Queen Gertrude and King Hamlet, who was murdered by his uncle Claudius. Hamlet is a very unique individual and handles many situations in unusual ways. Hamlet is an extremely intriguing and complex character that appears to change with every different perspective. Shakespeare has done an absolutely fantastic job with capturing true human characteristics with Hamlet. Hamlet bounces back and forth with his emotions so inconsistently that one never knows what he is about to do next. One moment he is rational, and the next he is not. One moment he wants to plan things out, and then he does things…show more content…
The ghost made the whole situation for Hamlet seem even that much more unreal. He already wished that all of the recent events he had to deal with were not real. He then has to deal with the reality of this ghost. It seems to influence him terribly and takes a negative toll on his emotions. This occurrence continues to further diversify Hamlet’s feelings and emotions (Snider, 67). The last major external influence is the company of others (Snider, 71). How hamlet responded had a lot to do with the actions done by others and himself. A person’s environment greatly affects how they handle oneself and situations around them. Due to Hamlet’s extremely ludicrous environment and unusual circumstances, he is just that much more of a complicated and elaborate character (Bristol). Another major thing that contributed to Hamlet’s complexity was his utter hatred towards Claudius. From the get go Hamlet never liked him. He felt Claudius was immoral and almost worthless. After the ghost of his father told Hamlet that Claudius was responsible for his death, he hated his uncle just that much more. That hatred soon turned into something much more though. It transformed into a desire for revenge. Before he did anything though, he had to be positive that Claudius was the one responsible, so Hamlet tested his innocence. Claudius failed the test and Hamlet was then positive that he was responsible for the murder of his father (Mitchell, 34-37). Hamlet

When one reads William Shakespeare’s Hamlet, it is easy to overlook the female characters as powerless and subservient. However, things are not always what they seem at first glance, as a further analysis of Gertrude and Ophelia suggests. Although the plot centers around Hamlet’s quest for revenge, these two female characters have a profound influence on what transpires. These women certainly play more significant roles than they seem at first. In Act I, Gertrude appears to be an unfaithful wife

The protagonist Hamlet is perceived to be a deranged individual, however through an analysis of his entire character it can be concluded that it was more than just an act. Exceptional tragedies, and the endeavour of seeking vengeance to the death of his father have all formed and contributed to Hamlet’s life. Thereby, Shakespeare uses

Shakespeare’s Hamlet tells the story of Hamlet, the prince of Denmark, who attempts to avenge his late father. Prince Hamlet designs several elaborate schemes, such as pretending to be crazy, to help him achieve his goal. Over the course of the play, two distinct β€œHamlets” emerge: β€œcrazy” Hamlet and β€œsane” Hamlet. The two personas eventually overlap, creating the illusion that Hamlet has actually become insane; thus, resulting in a change in his character. However, upon closer analysis of Hamlet’s

William Shakespeare’s most intricate play, Hamlet, includes many dynamic characters, including Hamlet himself. Hamlet is a very complicated character with many controversial aspects embedded within his thoughts and dialogues. One of the most essential questions one could ask about Hamlet is to question his sanity and the justification of his actions. My personal take on this subject is that Hamlet’s actions were not justified due to his split decisiveness and moral acknowledgements. The spark that

Jack and Rose meet as Rose threatens to throw herself off the Titanic, after her grim realization of her life to come. She explains, “I saw my life as if I had already lived it. An endless parade of parties and polo matches, always the same narrow people…”  Jack, however is a penniless free spirited artist who captures Rose’s heart. From then on their love blossoms, to a love so true they are willing to risk their lives for one another.  Jack made a sketch of Rose with a mystical diamond that Hockley had given her. This was later recovered by the explorers looking for the Heart of the Ocean diamond that had been worn by Louis XIV. The diamonds whereabouts were never revealed to the explorers

MERCHANTS OF VENICE… PORTIA ALSO HELPLESS.. SOS…

World

Portia

CHARACTERS PORTIA

Quick-witted, wealthy, and beautiful, Portia embodies the virtues that are typical of Shakespeare’s heroinesβ€”it is no surprise that she emerges as the antidote to Shylock’s malice. At the beginning of the play, however, we do not see Portia’s potential for initiative and resourcefulness, as she is a near prisoner, feeling herself absolutely bound to follow her father’s dying wishes. This opening appearance, however, proves to be a revealing introduction to Portia, who emerges as that rarest of combinationsβ€”a free spirit who abides rigidly by rules. Rather than ignoring the stipulations of her father’s will, she watches a stream of suitors pass her by, happy to see these particular suitors go, but sad that she has no choice in the matter. When Bassanio arrives, however, Portia proves herself to be highly resourceful, begging the man she loves to stay a while before picking a chest, and finding loopholes in the will’s provision that we never thought possible. Also, in her defeat of Shylock Portia prevails by applying a more rigid standard than Shylock himself, agreeing that his contract very much entitles him to his pound of flesh, but adding that it does not allow for any loss of blood. Anybody can break the rules, but Portia’s effectiveness comes from her ability to make the law work for her.

Portia rejects the stuffiness that rigid adherence to the law might otherwise suggest. In her courtroom appearance, she vigorously applies the law, but still flouts convention by appearing disguised as a man. After depriving Bassanio of his ring, she stops the prank before it goes to far, but still takes it far enough to berate Bassanio and Gratiano for their callousness, and she even insinuates that she has been unfaithful.

But todays scenario world leaders are saluting our Indian Prime Minister for helping, Oxford gave India 100/100 for handling this situation. This man not only took out Article 370 and saved J&K, got rid of triple talaq helping women, introduced CAA for those who were persecuted, took India to top 5 economies, leads one of the top militaries, near the top in technology, scientist and doctors. Leader of that nation is worth 2.5 crore total. That’s because he bought a plot for 1 lakh which is worth over 1 crore now, about two lakh in salary(which he donates mostly), got 4 gold rings to his name..but anti modi and anti Indians will keep talking about riots in Gujrat..without mentioning who started it couple days before by burning a train with Hindus who were coming from temples after praying, 1st time in history Military was called so quickly and over 100 Hindus died(most ever) with government bullets to stop the riots. They will not mention how it started, how it ended and since no violence.. now in Delhi you won’t mention that ISIS and opposition were behind the riots( proof with arrests). This man is amazing..there is a reason the world salutes him and anti Indians and terrorists can’t stand him! A leader in need is a leader indeed!

The Solitary Reaper” is a lyric by English Romantic poet William Wordsworth, and one of his best-known works. … The poet orders or requests his listeners to behold a young maiden reaping and singing to herself. The poet says that anyone passing by should either stop or gently pass as not to disturb her.Author: William Wordsworth

The poet has an idea that she is singing about some pandemanic but he is not able to interpret her words .

Experts are predicting huge down fall of Economy due to the Corona .
I do not know much about these experts.
But I know for sure that they do not know anything about the value of human motivation & determined efforts.

If experts were to be believed, after the total destruction in 2nd World War Japan had NO future. BUT the same Japan in just 3 decades or so, made US cry at the market place.

If the experts were to be believed, Israel should have been wiped out from the world map by the Arabs, but the fact is different.

As per the rules of Aerodynamics, the Bumble Bee can NOT fly. But it flies, because it does not know the rules of Aerodynamics.

If the experts were to be believed, we should have been no where in 1983 Cricket World Cup.

If the experts were to be believed Wilma Rudolf, the first American lady to win 4 Olympic Gold in Athletics, should not have been in a position to walk without braces, no question of running.

If the experts were to be believed Arunima Sinha can hardly lead a normal life. But she climbed the Mount Everest.

The corona crisis is no different. I do not have any doubt that, We will defeat the Corona hands down & The Economy will bounce back in a great manner.

Total Quality Orientation, Great Collaborative spirit, Willingness to take brunt, not asking from the Government, Coming out from the urge for Freebies…

β€Ί I Love Her, But I’m Just Too Shy.
I Love Her, But I’m Just Too Shy.
10th grade

As I sat there in English class, I stared at the girl next to me. She was my so called “best friend”. I stared at her long, silky hair, and wished she was mine. But she didn’t notice me like that, and I knew it. After class, she walked up to me and asked me for the notes she had missed the day before and handed them to her. She said “Thanks!” I wanted to tell her, I wanted her to know that I don’t want to be just friends, I love her but I’m just too shy, and I don’t know why.

11th grade
The phone rang. On the other end, it was her. She was in tears, mumbling on and on about how her love had broke her heart. She asked me to come over because she didn’t want to be alone, so I did. As I sat next to her on the sofa, I stared at her soft eyes, wishing she was mine. After 2 hours, Srk and Tom cruise movie, and three bags of chips, she decided to go to sleep. She looked at me, said “Thanks..” . I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don’t want to be just friends, I love her but I’m just too shy, and I don’t know why.

12 the grade
The day before prom she walked to my locker. “My date is sick.” she said; “He’s not going to go.” Well, I didn’t have a date, and in 7th grade, we made a promise that if neither of us had dates, we would go together just as “best friends”. So we did. Prom night, after everything was over, I was standing at her front door step. I stared at her as she smiled at me and stared at me with her crystal eyes. I want her to be mine, but she isn’t think of me like that, and I know it. Then she said “I had the best time, thanks!” I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don’t want to be just friends, I love her but I’m just too shy, and I don’t know why.

Graduation Day
A day passed, then a week, then a month. Before I could blink, it was graduation day. I watched as her perfect body floated like an angel up on stage to get her diploma. I wanted her to be mine, but she didn’t notice me like that, and I knew it. Before everyone went home, she came to me in her smock and hat, and cried as I hugged her. Then she lifted her head from my shoulder and said, “You’re my best friend, thanks!” and gave me a kiss on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don’t want to be just friends, I love her but I’m just too shy, and I don’t know why.

A Few Years Later
Now I sit in the marriage palace. That girl is getting married now. I watched her say “I do” and drive off to her new life, married to another man. I wanted her to be mine, but she didn’t see me like that, and I knew it. But before she drove away, she came to me and said “You came!”. She said “Thanks!” and kissed me on the cheek. I want to tell her, I want her to know that I don’t want to be just friends, I love her but I’m just too shy, and I don’t know why.

Funeral
Years passed, I looked down at the coffin of a girl who used to be my “best friend”. At the service, they read a diary entry she had wrote in her high school years. This is what it read: “I stare at him wishing he was mine, but he doesn’t notice me like that, and I know it. I want to tell him, I want him to know that I don’t want to be just friends, I love him but I’m just too shy, and I don’t know why. I wish he would tell me he loved me!”

I wish I did too... I thought to my self, and I cried. I know life always surprises you and gives you 360 degree mental somersolts . I know thousands of you have read this poem hundred time but dont you think it validates and takes in circumference every young heart who is not able to explain his untold love story. If you guys have any such related incident of life plz . Hit me in the suggetion box or chat with me on my Telegram: number+919990272359
