Most of my life has been spent trying to shrink myself.Trying to become smaller, quieter, less sensitive, less opinionated, less needy. Because I did not want to be a burden. I didn’t want to push people away. I wanted people to like me. I wanted to be cared for and valued. I wanted to be wanted. So for years. I sacrificed my self for the sake of making other people happy. And for years I sufferd. But I m tired of suffering and I m done shrinking . It is not my job to change who I m in order to become someone else ‘s idea of a worthwhile human being. I m worthwhile not beacause other people think I m. But beacause I exist and therefore I matter. My voice matters. My thoughts matter. My feelings matter. And with or without anyone’s permission or approval. I will continue to be who I am and speak my truth. Even if it makes people angry. Even if it makes them uncomfortable . Even if they choose to leave. I refuse to shrink. I choose to take up space. I choose honor my feelings. I choose to give myself permission to get my needs met.” “I CHOOSE ME”
At the naughty age of 50… We had our school reunion…one of my friend mentioned – look at the girls..they are still looking so beautiful 😍…even today,I skipped a heart beat looking at my crush ..😀. But the boys are looking so old…many are bald with protruding tummies & shrunken faces …😔
Made me think…what makes a person beautiful? Is it just looks?
Obviously it’s nice to look good…it may boost ones confidence & social interactions …but is it enough?
I guess there is a vast difference between ‘looking’ beautiful & ‘being’ beautiful…
A lady who has disfigured her body during pregnancy …now she is struggling with her complexes… ..but yet she is the source of unconditional love for family …is beautiful…
A bald, obese man who is facing multiple professional challenges…yet he is the source of rock solid support for the family…is a beautiful person…
A working lady …stressing herself out with balancing work & home… still finds time for her ill mother in law neglecting her taunts…is beautiful 😊
The fragrance of love & care spread by them is far superior to any strong perfume …
Eventually the beauty of body will fade one day…but the beauty of soul will not…
Personally….how you ‘ look’ matters for first few minutes…but how you ‘are’ ..matters lifetime…😊
No tuition fees… No maintenance fees… No school no fees.. Online class???? Ohh that’s a joke.
With the whole COVID-19 situation, a lot of teachers are facing a very unique challenge.
No, it’s not the saree challenge, nor its the motherhood challenge.
The challenge demanded that they go through digital transformation overnight. Teachers said: Challenge accepted (They hid their tech-fears behind a simple smile because children’s learning is at stake)
The challenge demanded that they have to open their house for public viewing Teachers said: Challenge accepted. (They suppressed their inhibitions, foregone their privacy because children’s learning is at stake)
The challenge demanded that they have to make do with limited or no resources. Teachers said: Challenge accepted. (They started working overtime to plan for teaching without any resources because children’s learning is at stake)
The challenge demanded that they may not be paid their full salaries. Teachers said: Challenge accepted. (They started worrying deep in their heart about their own families. But, they were undeterred because children’s learning is at stake)
The challenge demanded that they may need to teach while 30-odd parents are watching over their shoulder judging them for their every little move including but not limited to their voice modulation, pronunciation, grammar, knowledge, love & warmth Teachers said: Challenge accepted. (It didn’t matter because the children’s learning is at stake)
My appreciation and respect for these relentless fighters can’t be expressed in words. I want to salute all the gurus across the world who continued to take on the challenges that were piled upon them because children’s learning is at stake and they care!
Kudos to the teaching fraternity who lead by example…. Salute to your relentless spirit… 😊🙏👍👏
What a Trap this covid is turning out to be. Cases increasing But people used to it and getting restless The number of people out on the streets has increased considerably. Most without masks…. What guts.
The vaccine is still months away to say the least. Cases are closing in at neighbouring buildings…. Wonder if it will be our building next…. hope not.
But somehow, it seems as if we can only delay the inevitable….
Man, this one is a game changer. Lucky those who have had it and come out clean. They now have anti bodies in them hence they are safe.
We have lost so many. The world has lost so many more. Everywhere there is Under reporting for sure. And the number of those being tested is also so less compared to our population. If we test many more, we will perhaps realise we have lakhs of cases more than reported.
But the panic is over People have learned to live with the fear. Home quarantine has helped ease the load on hospitals. Not everyone needs to be admitted . That’s some relief.
But life as we had begun to get used to, the usual hustle and bustle, the fast pace, parties and nite outs, dinners and gatherings, those big fat weddings, the weekend cinema, ipl cricket at the stadiums, music concerts, bars and restaurants, holiday trips all over india and abroad….gosh allready a thing of the past.
We all seem More grounded now The mad rush has settled. The planet needed it We needed it. Mindless madness….and we had all gotten used to it.
Now time to introspect. To stand and stare. To chill.
2020 is eventually become all zeros 0000.
But inspite of it all, one thing never changes….. LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL Keep the faith Stay safe Stay happy stay blessed
Watch Breathe 2 on amazon and Andekhi on sony liv. Yeh sab kabhi theatre me nahi milega😜😜
Yesterday I received a friend request from a young attractive guy. ..about 19-20 years old… I was curious. I wanted to know why someone that young wanted to be my fb friend. So I accepted it. Then he started sending me private messages.. He called me beautiful. He asked my age. I’m not a liar so I told him and reminded him I’m quite a bit his senior. And I let him talk a bit cuz (truth be told) flattery ain’t all bad. 😉 We kept chatting for a while and within a short time, he asked if we could talk about ‘adult things’. I said ok. Then he replied with a face like 👿. He said ‘thank you babe, you start.”
So I did! I told him adult things like I have arthritis and my knees hurt badly. My back acts up when it is cold outside. I explained that I have crazy insomnia. Didn’t forget to tell him that I have a pacemaker. And of course I told him about the laxatives. Can’t forget that. Didn’t forget to tell him that I have a good quality denture I was as honest as I could be about ADULT THINGS but I don’t understand why he blocked me 😳😳🤓🤓😆😆😆😆😆😆

Q-2 What are the Respirators.? Ans – N- 95 N- 99 N- 100 are the respirators.
Q-3 What is the difference between mask and respirator.?😷 Ans – Mask has loose fit, it doesn’t seal nose & mouth snugly. During respiration air moves along the edges of the mask, while respirator has tight seal & most of the times air passes only through its material after filtration.
Q-4 Are all respirator masks r same.?😷 Ans- No, respirators r graded according to their filtration efficiency. According to the used filter type According to the type of materials used & additional features They r of different types.
Q-5 What is the efficiency grading.?😷 Ans – According to the efficiency of filtration these r usually graded as- 95, 99 & 100. Means these respirator masks r capable of traping 95%, 99% & 99.9% of particles, smaller up to the 0.3 micron size. This grading can also be done as P1 (FFP1) – 80% P2 (FFP2) – 95% P3 (FFP3) – 99.95% Filtration efficiency.
Q-6 What is the N, R or P meaning written over mask.?😷 Ans – N – not oil proof R – oil resistant P – oil proof (Eg. N 95 is not oil proof)
Q-7 Few repirator masks have valve, what is that.?😷 Ans – That valve is nothing but a simple exhalation port with one way valve mechanism, it reduces effort of expiration, reduce heat inside the mask, dissipate humidity & reduce co2 the amount of from the dead space of mask.
Q-8 When to use surgical masks.?😷 Ans – Surgical mask or procedure mask is the most common mask used by health workers. It is not designed to protect wearer from inhaling the air born bacteria & viruses. It is used to block only large particle droplets, splashes, sprays or splatter. Q-10 How one can assure about the quality of mask.?😷 Ans – Mask should be certified by the NIOSH (National institute for occupational safety & health) Or NPPTL (National personal protective technology laboratory)
Q-11 Does cloth mask effective.?😷 Ans – Cloth is a wooven material thus pore size is bigger than surgical mask which is made up of non wooven polypropylene material thus cloth mask is less effective than surgical mask in terms of filtration efficiency.
Q-12 Does extra layer improve efficacy of cloth mask.?😷 Ans – No, it’s not advisable. Each extra layer adds only 2% of extra protection on the cost of comfort .
Q-13 Can surgical/cloth mask be used routinely.?😷 Ans – Yes these can be used routinely. Few studies done on normal population concluded that the use of simple mask can decrease the incidence of flu up to 75%. Few east asian countries following this practice of routine use of mask.
Q-14 Can mask be reused?😷 Ans – Cloth mask can be reused after washing.
Surgical mask should be discarded after single use or after soiled
Respirator mask should be discarded when resistance of breathing get increased or get solied. Viruses/bacterias can grow & flourish inside the reused mask.
Q-15 What r the WHO recommendations for using masks.?😷 Ans –
For the normal population, any type of mask is not required, maintaining the social distance & hand hygiene are the sufficient.
Sick person should wear surgical mask.
Any person who is taking care of sick person should also wear the surgical mask.

Under the weight of the new crown pandemic, many giants are facing the crisis of failure. Five months of pandemic created a LOT of debt, and tens of thousands of companies went bankrupt, so the company was seriously replaced.

If it’s not going well then just somehow SURVIVE Dont think of hikes in your job, just do well And dont get demotivated
The truth is China is a powerful country, capable of handling a war with India with ease. India will fight back, but basically is at a defensive position as of now because the Chinese have come close to blocking our developments at Galwan. This current stand off point enables them to have an overview on India’s road Incase of hostilities.
Now how they reached so close and now inside our territory baffles me. It’s been a bit soft, our approach over the years. Today I hear that they have brought equipment and guns and tents which effectively means NO GOING BACK.
And on top, these new developments in Nepal, the CPEC corridor in POK….China is ensuring that India is looked upon as an unsafe place to invest. And factories intending to move out of China and use India as a new location will be wary.
So a thought out strategy is in place. Else during covid this skirmish wouldn’t have taken this shape. They do have designs to give the world an impression that India, Vietnam, Malasiya, South Korea, Taiwan are high risk places to invest.
So a double edged sword hangs above us. We need to think and plan hard before we move. But, there is no going back now.
Economically we must destroy china. No new investments. New alliances Relocate international factories here. But be proactive. Start now. Create those zones asap where big industries can just relocate and plug and play, literally.
Recognise Taiwan, Tibet and Hong Kong as countries.
Attack POk as their routes that lead to Pakistan, and billions of investment there, goes through there.
Support a military take over of Balouchistan, in the way we helped Bangladesh.
Covid can’t be an excuse. Departments are handling that. Let’s focus on this as these designs make india weak.
We need to act in a very decisive way. I’m sure the current dispensation is doing the required planning.
Looking forward to a greater BHARAT, always. I stand by BHARAT and it’s super ARMY.
#jump foods When more than 1000 soldiers clash, whether with clubs sticks or baseball bats, 20 or 30 or 50 is a low figure. In the narrow gorge that defines the terrain at the point of contact, chances of soldiers rolling down into the river and getting washed away are reasonably high. Expect more casualties on both sides and that is one part of the story.
Looking beyond, the perpetual bully called China (whose 60pc territory today actually never belonged to him) is talking about ‘No War’ within a few hours of getting a bloodied nose and that is something unprecedented. Those who follow Chinese closely, would get the point being made. Indo-China war will not happen! China is in no position to wage a war with the whole world, except two rogue nations, staring Chinese in their slanting eyes! Now the question is if war was not the motive, why did it happen after the issue had been discussed and decision had been taken a few hours back to pull back! For China, it was a gamble that had to be taken. After the bashing that the top leadership received post withdrawal and climbdown in Doklam, another similar withdrawal would have put the Chinese President on a barbeque. At the same time, with the CPEC compulsion forcing China to do something esp after 370 abrogation, they took a gamble. They were playing on usual Indian response of exercising restraint.
But there is no one as unpredictable as a man and when two battalions are facing eachother, anything could happen and somewhere, the control over the ploy was lost by the Chinese. Their one-child policy has led to a generation of AC-reared pampered kids who form their forces today. Those softies were never expected to match up with Indian soldiers one to one to start with and it got proved in less than two hours. Six hours later, Chinese were calling Indians for talks! Had Indians taken it lying down, China would have declared itself a Victor after the stand off. Loss of life is sad but soldiers take it with a sense of pride. My only regret is the compulsion on them to fight in a way that identifies with the stone age. No one knows for sure what kind of Indian response will follow since as per the reports till now, Chinese had started it in the first place. India giving it back hereafter may or may not happen. But I have a feeling that this moment will define our future relationship with China. China has lost the plot and the dominating position that he has always been very proud of. Chinese talking peace, so soon after a skirmish, is unusual and it tells us a thing or two. Govt will do what is supposed to be done; soldiers will fight when ordered but the first thing that all of us can do is to boycott the Chinese crap from today itself. We don’t have to throw everything out but we must stop buying Chinese goods! Rest will be taken care of. Wars are won when a nation fights as one. Let’s play our role!
